I recently learned Death Proof Coffee has an extreme amount of caffeine. I would have loved it back in college but not so much now lol. I work many hours and have a lot of late nights that I add “fuel” to get it all done.
A couple weeks ago I started waking up with panic attacks at 3 am and heart palpitations. It made me sit back and take a look at what I was consuming daily. At one point it was coconut water (healthy right) regular water and Death Proof Coffee during my morning fast till 2pm. After reviewing I found that the coconut water I was drinking (Bia) also had caffeine in it! And then when looking up Death Proof Coffee I was blown away. Usually I just have one large cup through the morning (90mg caffeine average). Well the coco water has like 76mg and then found one cup of Death Proof Coffee can have as much as 740mg!!!
I am now in recovery and has taken almost 2 weeks for the heart palpitations to completely stop. And getting some much needed uninterrupted sleep. Lesson for today is check your labels and take care of your self.
